Does anyone have access to a torque table that has the torque ratings of the turbocharger fasteners? The ones I need are related directly to a GM8 turbocharger that I tore apart for cleaning purposes before deploying it. I'm looking for the torque (either in in./lbs or ft./lbs) for the large bolts that hold the exhaust/wastegate to the center section. The smaller bolts that fasten the compressor housing to the center section. Thanks!

From 98 GM manual

GM-8 58Nm/43 ft # on 4 mount studs/nuts on exhaust (don't fergit anti seize)

26 Nm/ 19 ft # on oil feed flange gasket/tube

(Yes NVTMNTLION there is a gasket, from your earlier question)

Don't see ones yet for other fasteners, no joy, the GM manual only lists torque for complete turbo swap out, probably need input from someone with Borg-Warner GM-X rebuild specs.

Aha! Okay then. I will get it ordered. It scares the crap outta me drilling and tapping for the pre-turbo thermocouple.
