I have an 08 regular cab longbox 3500Hd Single Rear Wheel with the Cognito UCA and My Stock Keys Maxed. Front fender sits at 42" and the rear is 43.75 "

I want to order tires and rims but you know how it is choosing a combo.

I want KMC Rims XD Spy series.

18x9 4.5" of back spacing or
18x8.5 5.5" of back spacing

Tires Cooper Discover Stt
LT275/70R18 33x10.8x18 Load range E
LT305/60R18 32.5x12x18 Load Range E

Would I have any problems with either rim with the cognito UCA
and which tire could I run with which rim and back spacing??? Or any combo should work....

Any info would really help me out I dont want to have to cut the back side of the front fender to make them fit I will cut the plastic on the front bumber thats no big deal....

That wont be hard to fit.

I don't think you'll have any problems. The UCA isn't what effects what wheel you can use, its the spindle, and the stock spindles are very easy to deal with. Maybe decide if you would ever like to lift the truck in the future, and use that to help you choose the wheels. Either of those wheels would work for your set up. But for example, if later you wanted a Cognito 4"-6", to run the 5.5" BS wheels, you'd have to always be around 6". Where as with the 4.5" BS wheel, you could run in the 4"-5" range and have a smoother ride and better CV angles. Just something to consider.

Ok thanks alot Guys I know I will never put a real lift on this truck but most likely my next new truck I will put a lift on but thats at least two years from now. Anyways here is a pic of my truck I just put on the 4" Aries bighorn bull bar my girlfriend got me for XMAS and Tow Mirrors...
