HELP! I changed my fuel filter today and missed one important step. I primed the new filter but forgot to open the air bleeder screw on top of the filter housing when priming. Now the truck won't start, as I must have air in the system. What do I have to do to get the air purged out. Any help would be appreciated.

Open the bleeder a bit and pump till fuel comes out. Close bleeder and pump up until hard. Keep pumping up hard until it starts.

It worked. Thanks for the help.
Another question: how is the fuel filter service life re-set in the computer? The DIC controls on the steering wheel don't do it. I can't find it in the owners manual.

You need to scroll to find "fuel filter reset" and then push and hold the reset arrow until it resets.

I have the same issue, and can't find where it says "fuel filter reset" Am I missing something?

On my early 07, I just hit the reset button on the steering wheel when on the fuel filter life display.......
