This morning, i woke up, and remembered for some reason that i think i forgot to put thread lock on the bolt that holds down the harmonic balancer when i torqued it. So.. my question is, does the bolt need thread locker, and if so, i can reuse the bolt, right?

ive never used threadlocker on harmonic balancer bolts nor have i had one come loose, but i dont suppose it would hurt if you did use some. do whatever your comfortable with.

Well, mine is already torqued, so it will be fine, correct? Also, if i decide to apply threadlocker will the bolt be ok to be reused?

If you are more comfortable with the threadlocker, then go ahead. I personally don't put it on the dampner bolt and have never had issues. I don't really like the thought of that large of a bolt having threadlocker on it anyway, as it will be a pita to get back out if it needed to. External lock star washers work great for that application.:beerchug:

Well, if you guys are running your harmonic balancer bolts without thread-locker, i'm fairly sure i'll be fine, so i think i will leave it.
One other thing though. My book says to torque the bolt to 200 ft/lbs, but my torque wrench only goes to 175, so i went until it clicked and then when another little bit. That should be fine right?

Your probably good , if it was a dmax I would say pull it and put thread locker on it .
