When the truck is cold/just started it will make a sqeak/whine when turning right only. It seems to be a cyclical in sound. It goes away after a short while. It also seems to come from the Drivers side front?
Could it be a Power steering pump (the whine kinda sounds like a hydraulic pump somewhat), suspension components, or front left wheel bearing??
Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

How cold is it and do you start to drive off right away before giving it time to warm up any? If it real cold all your fluids are thick and need a little time to thin out before they can lubricate effectively. Very important in real cold weather to let it warm up for a couple minutes at least.

With any luck you just need to let the ps-fluid warm up but because it only makes noise turnig right it sounds like the driver side wheel bearing is failing.

I have the same problem when it's 0* or lower, Mine is def the power steering but I can also feel it in the brake pedal. It always goes away after warm up.
Well it just started recently, but the temp. here has been anywhere from 65 to 12.... I guess I will jack it up in front and see if the front wheel has any play.
With any luck you just need to let the ps-fluid warm up but because it only makes noise turnig right it sounds like the driver side wheel bearing is failing. Seems like it would be a constant sound and not go away after a while if this were the case.
