New to the Forum and hope this is the right section for my question. ;)

Does anyone make a second fuel filler door and neck for the right side of a 3500HD dually? Having the ability to fuel from either side would be a nice additional "touch" for a pretty good truck.

I did do a search of the Forum but did not find anything specific. I did find a couple of after-marktet mods that would allow fueling from a commercial nozzle, but that's about all.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

I saw one with a setup like that but it was a work truck body with dual tanks. I am sure it was a custom job.

The best fuel tank filler for your truck would be diesel fuel.

Im just messin with you. All of the ones that I have seen like that are the ones with the work box like sgt badger said. It can be done. Making the fuel door wouldnt be a problem. You could find a wrecked truck and cut that one out to mold it into the other side of your truck. It would open the opposite direction of the one on the left side but thats just a small price to pay considering you will no longer have to wait in a long line just because you have to fill up on the left side and you cant turn your truck around in a tiny parkinglot to get to the empty pump on the other side.
