I have a white duramax and like the Nitto terra grappler tire. The only downfall is they don't offer painted raised lettering. Has anyone ever tried or know anything about painting just the lettering? If so, does it work good and how does it hold up? I like the white lettering. Thank you.

i have seen some people do it and it did not hold up well. but i have also seen a few people at cars shows that had machines that scrape the old letters off tires and they set custom white lettering on tires but not sure if that would interest you.

I have the opposite problem... I wanted BlackWalls in the BFG I run and all they have are tires with 1 side blackwall and the other side white letter...
Mine was easy - just took a black sharpie and colored in the white letters which were on the inside anyway

Go to truck stop or chrome shop for semi's and you can find paint sticks. I do them on my pete and it holds up really well for the miles and road grime they go through. I think you can order them through 4 states chrome shop on line.

Do you know the brand name of the paint stick by chance. I googled 4 states chrome shop and all I got was www.4statetrucks.com (http://www.4statetrucks.com). There website is not the easiest to navigate thru. Thank you for your help.
