Will a stock lb7 downpipe off of a 2003 2500hd cc 4x4 fit as a direct bolt-on replacement for the "cat pipe" on an '05 LLY?

I've spent hours upon hours searching different forums for different information, so believe me, I know how it works. I only had time to type out a quick post during a break at work, and I wanted to get back to a guy quick this evening (who just happens to have one available) when again, I wouldn't have the time to spend surfing on the computer.
