As far as I can tell SC has the biggest numbers.
Then ATS
And last place is DTT the newest kid in the allison game.
With their revolutionary approach to the problem.

Two cases of beer & a box beef jerkey.

Probably the sun coast stage 3 is the most popular. Fairly inexpensive and will handle lotsa abuse. It pretty much feels like stock and acts as such but holds power when you thrash it.

The question isnt what every one else is doing but what will you be doing with it? You may be seved just fine with a transgo kit and a new converter or you may be better served with a full deal trans.

I would go for any of the Trannies offered.

Nobody makes a BAD trans.

Having said that, I would go with a Scoast 3 and above or ?

Suncoast is easy, they have multiple upgrade stages, pick your power level and intent , call Joe up and ask his opinion.

ATS, Their package is well thought out, but for max benefit, from what i have read you need to do it all at once (do it right do it once) Call Jake at ATS

DTT, They have 2 distinct Stages.

The best advice i can possibly give is to call the manufacturers, with your needs, then PM members who have the trannies in their signatures and get some informed opinions.

Well the big VA seems to not play nice with some transmissions. Didnt on mine anywho. Seems it works ok for some if you raise the revlimiter and or use a co pilot.

You can get all the fuel you would want outa a big program like a TTS Xtreme or the hotjuice/big quad stack. Most guys seem to like the Xtreme for its street manners and also its switchable on the fly plus it makes great power.

Xtreme and a level 3 sun coast will play nice together.

Or just get a full deal trans like a SC stage 5 or a full boat ATS and then dont worry if you throw spray and the like at it.
