I was phoned and asked, if i would like to buy extened warranty. The guy asked how mnay kms I had, I told him 182,000 km. He said this was for trucks that had a 160,000 or less.He said what he can do lol. Then he said I can still get warrant. He said this would cover the entire truck,engine,injectors,waterpump,tc,tranmission, the warranty would be good for 342000km or until dec 2013 the price would be 395..00 then 166.00h for a year or 2393.00 One time payment. said nouy pushed like

I have heard of these scams and have had customers actualy fall for these scam's the best kind of extened warranty is what your dealer offers.

Yeah its some random numbers from different area codes, I get them all the time on my cell phone and house phone. Its a total scam just hang up on them ;)

I got a call once, guy said that my factory warranty was about to expire and wanted to sell me an extended warranty, I asked him which vehicle he was calling about, he asked what vehicles I owned and I told him a GMC truck and a Dodge Durango, he said it was for the Durango, I then told him that vehicle was traded in 2 years ago so he hung up on me.

Since my factory warranty expires this month my dealer is offering me an extended warranty, 4yr 48000 mile for $1350, 5yr 60000 mile for $1653, 6yr 72000 mile for $1775, 18 months same as cash with no interest, the miles are on top of what I already have, since I now have 24700 miles I may take the 6yr one and the mileage would be 96700 miles, with a $100 deductible

The guy i talked to didnt know anything abought deisel.He was trying to sell me warranty for a lb7, with 182000kms. Do you think they would pay to get them fixed if they go bad.LOL.
