I got a PPE excellerator recently and was viewing the codes that my truck has. A lot of codes came up the first few are 0089, 0540, 484D, 5258, 5E64, 6A70 and so on there must be about 50 or more codes.
The question i really want to know is whats going? Is my ECM messed up, will one code set off others? Any help would be nice. Truck runs excellent just have the annoying check engine light sense I put injectors turbo and twin CP3s on.

Found a few of the codes; P0089: (ECM) Fuel Pressure Regulator Performance. P0540: (ECM) Intake Air Heater Feedback Circuit. P1218:Injection Pump Calibration Circuit. P2228: (ECM) Barometric Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage.
Im starting to wonder if theirs a short somewhere. If anyone has any opinions on the situation feel free to give me ur 2 cents.

Did you try to clear them or do they just keep coming back after you cleared them? Maybe you should try to reflash ECM.

I cleared them and they stay off until i come to a stop. Then they come back on. When I take off they don't come back. Only when I come to a stop.

Is Dealership the only place to get an ECM reflashed? Also is there a way to check and see if the ECM is fried or just needs reflashed?

I think so , unless someone else knows if a tech 2 will do it or something else.
