I’ve got a question for all you fuel gurus out there. I’ve noticed a difference in the amount of foaming when filling up my tank from different fuel stations in my local area. Of the two places I regularly fuel up at (both are high volume fuel stations) one produces enormous amounts of foam when filling up, the other produces next to none. It takes me about the same amount of time to fuel up at both stations so I’m assuming they are both pumping at roughly the same rate. I’ve also noticed from the station which has foamier fuel I get better fuel mileage (I know, then why fuel up at the other location…:rolleyes: ) so my question is does the amount fuel foams indicate in any way the quality of the fuel?
