So I ordered the LBZ mouth piece but I sort of want to do the TSB as well.

I found a thread earlier today on a guy who did the LLY-LBZ intake complete but I can't find it now, anyway I know the stock square filter flows good and I can assume the LBZ one flows just as good or better.

Question is if I basicly follow the TSB will it hook up to my new LBZ mouth piece or do I need an extra parts, on the same note do I need all the parts listed on the TSB (GMC) or are some useless?

Lastly is it worth doing?

I want a stock look as I just like stock stuff and I have warranty still and don't want a hassle at the dealer, if the gain on the mouthpiece is really 50HP then I don't even need a programmer. Where did the HP# on the LBZ mouthpiece come from anyway?

I have the entire LBZ intake on my LLY. Yes, if you get the TSB overheat parts, everything will bolt right up to your LBZ mouthpiece. I think it's worth it. I had to tweak my EGR cooler coolant fitting a little to make it look stock. Didn't really notice any performance, but it looks better!
