I tested the first time and Fuel Volume was <0.5%; at the next oil change it was 4.5%.

I don't run anything but petro #2 right from the pump. What could cause this, other than too many short trips that don't warm the engine up?

The short trips don't allow moisture to evaporate and will show up as water if fuel on the results.

Injectors leaking can be a symptom too. Thats how I found my leak in the ole 2004.
