I am really thinking about purchasing a set of BFG KM2's in the 285 75 16 size for my truck. They are load range "E", does anyone know how many miles these tires will really last. Specs are in my signature and I am easy on my right foot... 20% pulling and 80% empty highway. Any advice is great!

Wow! That's a LOT less than what I got out of my last set of BFG MTs and ATs.

I agree with this! I was getting around 50K miles out of my MT's with a mix of highway and offroad driving. If the pocket book was endless, BFG MT's would be all I run.

if you keep them rotated like every 5k then you should see 50k i have 20k on my 37's for the exception of them cupping on me they look good but they suck at balancing you should see how much weight i have on them to get them near balanced

The average milage is 35K. I'm not saying you can't get anymore milage out of them, but this is what I would say the average life is. This tire is more aggressive than the old MTs.
