When i bought my 06 i opted for the extended bumper to bumper till 100k i think it was. so i had my truck in last week to get 3 steering wheel switches replace and they charged me $100 deductable for the repair. im fine with that. but im not sure what else is covered. is there a pdf out there i can read? my tranny lines are once again leaking and they are sayin they wont warranty them. not even on the bumper to bumper. wtf did i pay the 3k for then when i bought the truck?

did they replace lines once before under warranty?if so they set precedence and will need to fix again.
Read your contract, it tells you whats covered, you should know what you bought. Our sales manager goes over extended warranty point by point so there is no surprises at the service counter.

If you bought and extended 100k mile GMPP warranty, they are full of shit and have to fix "bumper to bumper" until you hit 100k or 5yrs (I think). Sounds like you also opted for the $100 deductible.
Especially with the tranny lines, which it sounds like they replaced under warranty already, will be covered under the 100k ext warranty. You might get some flack about your lift, larger tires, etc. but you can fight that battle if it comes up.
You are not restricted to that dealer. If they won't warrant it, complain to GM and go to another dealership. It would help to have your paperwork in hand so you are not relying on the honesty of the dealership to quote what coverage you have.
Good luck
there is no aftermarket warranty better than the 3/36.

i looked it up and the list is really short to what is not covered so im pretty happy now! oh and my dealer has no problem working on my lifted truck. they lift them there also

WTF are you talking about?? There are many options from GMPP and other sources that protect bumper to bumper for terms much longer than 3/36!! WTF?
the most complete warranty for the best coverage is the warranty that the truck has when its new, it covers almost everything. A aftermarket warranty (gmpp etc) will never cover as much in terms of componets as the factory warranty does.
