Any have this problem before? When I try to spray the windshield, all I can hear under the hood is a faint click. I checked the 15A fuse under the hood and it's fine. There is also a larger grey "fuse" right beside it that is indicated to be for the washer. What is this? Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be other than maybe the pump went south???

The motor might be locked up.. Have you checked all the lines (tubes) to make sure that fluid has made it that far? Sometimes they can get clogged up.

Pop the hood watch around the bottle area as someone operates the sprayers, You should be able to hear the pump to confirm if it is working or burnt up and most of all watch for it spraying out from a disconnected or damaged hose.

I got something crazy to add you might want to check is the feed line. my buddy on here drummer08 has an 03 LB7 new body style and his battery some how had a leak at one point in time and ate clean through the feed line from the washer fuild tank to the nozzles and he hasn't fixed it so his doesn't work just a thought ot check but I highly doubt thats happened to you

If you still have the jug the wash fluid came in check for a indication of what temp it freezes at. Many products have no claim and that usually indicates that it freezes at 32 degrees.

By the way if the system is frozen the pump will be frozen by the fluid and you will not be able to hear it run.

If its frozen you will need to warm up the system and change to a fluid that has a low freeze point. Watch the label on the jug for the claimed freezing point.

This is the most common problem.

I had a little closer look last night and it doesn't appear to be frozen? I can hear what I think is the relay clicking, but the pump itself is silent?? Even if a line was kinked or blockes, wouldn't you at least hear the motor try to pump? Any other ideas?

Pull the washer motor plug and check it with a 12v tester.

Thanks Narcah, I'll give that a try.
