235 85's will fit, but the rear tires will touch if loaded to heavy...

I ran 245/75/R16s with no issues whatsoever.

depends on what you run if your willing to run spacers and if you want to spend some serious dough on 19.5's. if you want to keep it simple 235/85-16 is about the most you can get, some 245/75-16 might fit but its a shorter tire, only .10" taller than your 215/85-16.

245/75's will fit but they do touch. I had 4 I got real cheap and thought nothing of them untill I took them off. The sidewalls were rubbed up real good.

I will not put on 245 again.

245/75's should not touch as long as they are properly inflated. This is the factory size that came on my truck.

I went to 235/85 for increased tire diameter. No issues with rubbing.

I assure you sir, that 245/75 tires did indeed touch with proper inflation.

I kept my 245s at 80-85psi and never had any rubbing issues. 10ply sidewalls

I don't recall 245/75 ever being stock on a Chevy dually light truck. I had 235/85e's on my '85 K30 (stock size was 215/85) and they would rub with a little load. But if you know that's what the truck came with, there you go then.

My buddy had a F350, which I think had stock 235/85e, and his dually rims were different offset and hub diameter, too. My work partner has a 2000 dually cutaway/stahl, that someone put 245/75e's on, and they are rubbing a bit (he is fairly well loaded). His sticker is gone, but I think stock size was also the 215/85-16e.

Have you noticed the little tires on those dually Sprinters? Maybe makes for good chassis control?

245 will rub on a 2001 and newer 3500 as i havent changed the tire size on my 1997 i cant judge that
