im trying to install my set of hid's that i got, everything that ive read says they are just plug n play. i tried that and am getting nothing at all i think the name of the kit is vvlm or somethign along those lines. is there somethign im missing here?

Take factory plug that used to plug into the factory bulb and plug it in the opposite way that it's plugged in now. You have to have the polarity correct with hid's. Meaning Hot to Hot and Ground to Ground

yup that was it. over an hour of connecting and disconnecting and put ti together the wrong way the whole time! what are the odds.

Ha dont worry, I did the same thing. Except for i got one to work before i knew the polarity had to match up.

X3. I had to change the wiring on my HID kit to get it to work.

we had about 4-5 people looking at the directions and scratching their heads as to why nothing was coming on. it was a humbling experience to have something that little mess it all up and get me aggrevated.

im very happy with the lights though now that i got em working, next i have to mount the fogs cause i didnt have time the other day.
