Dealer says my 06' 3500 DMax van cooked the torque convertor but everything else is fine. At 63,000 miles and regular service does this seem reasonable? I don't abuse it either. I pull my 8,000lb RV but not hard nor fast. Is this all the service I can expect from this tranny? Thoughts? Thanks.

Nevermind, just saw your thread in the 4l85e area

It should have lasted longer , I have had a few 1500 vans that I would tow with , went through rear ends , not trans . Especially a 1 ton.
