I Don't Have Any Coolant Loss, But My Top Radiator Hose Is Sometimes (not Always) Still Hard Overnight. Injectors Were Done About 6k Miles Ago By Dealer. 212k On The Truck. I Guess My Question Is, Is This Normal? If Not What Should My Next Step Be?

Yes You Can Squeeze It Some. It's Not Rock Hard.

Its normal. The hose should be soft in the morning.

Any other symptoms like sweet smelling exhaust or idling issues or water droplets on under side of oil filler cap? If not then your ok.

What are the temps like?

Have the thermostats ever been replaced?

None Of The Other Issues You Described. The Temp Runs Consistantly Just On Or Slightly Above The Mark Between 160 And 210. I Don't Think The T-stats Have Ever Been Changed.
