Well i recently found out i have 11 grease zerks that need to be greased (don't bash me too hard guys) I have owned the truck for about 35k miles now and i have not touched one yet  I have had the tranny flushed and changed the spin on filter, i have also changed the fuel filter, oil and oil filter last weekend. Leveled out air pressure in tires also, my left rear was 10 pounds under!

I am going to make a day out of doing whatever i can so i would be nice to make a list of things i could check and or change if possible.

So far i have:

Grease 11 zerks

All diff fluid change (amsoil??)

Air filter (my cone filter looks like it's filthy after 15k miles?)

I'm sure i am missing a lot so please chime in and let me know what i can do please! Any suggestion helps, thanks everyone in advance!

remember to lift the front end to get weight off the ball joints when you grease the zerks. and it makes it easier to work.

Fluid in the transfer case. Drain it and replace with either 5w30 syn motor oil (not diesel specific) or new dex VI atf or equivalent (amsoil atf)

the front and rear diffs are a MUST DO. Most rear diffs are 1-2.5 qts low from the factory. get the grape juice out of there!!! And the front has green snot in it. I went 75w90 Amsoil in both. runs great.

I vacuum the air filter every 5K to suck back out all the loose debris. I've read the factory Donaldsons are good for 40K or so, just monitor it or buy a spare and swap them every 5K.

You shouldn't need to 'flush" the Ally, just change the spin on at every oil change unless dropping the pan for a rebuild or non routine maintenance. Don't forget the magnet!!!

EGR blockerplate and fingerstick it, add an FS2500 bypass oil filter and a Nicktane kit and you are good to go... not necessary, just extra protection.

Also do the pcv reroute. Its easy and can be done with parts from the local hardware store or big box do it yourself center.

Amsoil dual bypass you get a much larger more efficient full flow filter made by Donaldson plus the bypass filtration. I just got there new and improved kit and it is a thing of beauty!

Yes it is a pretty nice system for sure with the updated head and larger hoses. There is also an independent dealer that has manufactured a heavy duty mount that uses exsiting holes in the frame to bolt right up to the frame to hold the head for the bypass. No drilling holes into the frame to mount up the bypass. It very stout and comes with rubber slabs to make it a rubber mounted system as well.

He charges 75.00 for the mount.
