: Will not turn off

I have a 1997 ps that while driving this morning I ran into a problem. While driving I noticed that the voltage was down around 10 volts, I figured I would check it out as soon as I stopped. Well I pulled into a parking space and turned the key off, and the truck continued to run. I ended up pulling the injector control fuse to shut it down. I found out that the voltage was down because my glow plug relay was welded closed, I disconnected it, but I still have the shutting off problem. I pulled the injector control module relay and it is mechanically working fine. I did notice that every time I took it out and reinstalled it that it clicked. When the key is off shouldn't this relay be dead? What could be causing it to have power on it? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I checked all of the fuses, they are good. I looked at the codes and there were a couple of emission codes and a couple of fuel codes (from pulling the fuse for the injectors). After I checked the codes I turned off the key and the truck shut off. This was a one time deal, I tried it again and it was back to not shutting down. While the engine is running, and I turn the key off, all the gauges and odometer shut off. When I turn the key to the run position, all the gauges come on and the system dose the normal start up lamp test. Could this be in the Ignition switch? Any Ideas?
