i was thinking about upgrading to xm radio but don't have a xm player in my car. i do have a new factory radio from an 04 or 05 that was conected to xm. could i get this to work in my truck some how. i want to maintain a factory look in my truck.

No the 04 radio won't work in your truck for many reasons. It won't fit, the 03 uses a data which is not compatiple with your 02 etc. You are going to have to go with an aftermarket xm unit or a new aftermarket hu with xm.
