Is it turboed? If so, propane is an easy way if you have room for a decent size tank.

Standing at the pass. side look at the inj. pump. on the rear of the gov. housing "this is the housing in which the throttle shaft is in" on the lower half is a small plate that should be held on with to allen headed bolts. The bolts more than likely well sealing wire through them, to prevent tampering so to speak. Remove the plate and inside is two set screws. It will take a 3/8 deep well socket. Now take a allen wrench and back out both screws even amounts. This will increase rack travel on both torque and the top end. Give each screw about 3 turns out and road test. When you increase the fuel rate you will have to adjust the high idle rpms afterwards. It is under a cover about in line with the throttle shaft. The best I remember the cover should be held on with a 1/2" headed bolt. When you turn the fuel up the high idle rpm's will go down. So just adjust afterwards. The air/fuel ratio and be adjusted also. on the top part of the governor is a long device about 4" long. It will have a tube coming to it from the intake " ie on a 3306 it will come from the cylinder head on the driver's side. remove the line with a 9/16 take the 7/16" headed bolts out. Now take a pair of pliers holding on to the round sleeve and break the jam nut loose. Back of the nut and screw the screw in until the nut has about half the threads to hold and lock down. This will give you more fuel without having to wait for the turbo to spool up.

But this will not work on a 3176
