I've been searching for a while, and cannot find any good information for my year of truck. The steering wheel on my 2001 does not have the two holes on the sides of the wheel to release the airbag. It has two 1/4 inch by 1.5 inch slots on the back side of the steering wheel that have a torques bit on one side and then a "hole" on the other side within the slots. I cannot figure out how to release the airbag module to get to the horn connections. Can someone advise on how to do this?

nvm.. just put a flathead screwdriver in the hole and twist.
