When I bought my truck it already had a lund visor on it. For some reason they installed one without cab lights. Theres a good chance I will be getting cab lights for christmas. Should I remove the visor, have a body shop fill in the holes and paint it, then install the new cab lights? Or should I just install them on the visor? If I remove it, it will be awhile since I would need to save the money for the body work.

if you are puttin factory lights on you should beable to put them in the factory location without removin' the lund visor. Ive seen lots of them on trucks which have the factory lights

They are factory lights, but I don't want to add more holes in the sheet metal. Plus I don't think that would look good with the lights mounted behind the visor. The thing I don't get, is why put a visor on without clearance lights?

I had an old truck that had no factory cab lights. I put the visor w/o lights on then a while later did the lights. They fit just fine, looked alright. I am still searching for an after picture.

My truck had a Lund visor installed when I bought it with no lights. I installed Truck-lite Model 33 LED lights in the front edge. They take a 3/4" hole and are grommet mount/flush when installed. Easy to install and about $15 a piece. Very bright as well!
