I like to keep my truck as clean as possible. I also like to keep under the hood clean also. I'd like to know the best way to do it or if it should even be done. There sure are alot of gadgets under the hood of these truck. Don't want to screw anyting up.

a mild detergent is best. some have mentioned using some products that will actually give a sheen to it and keep it clean longer but I dont remember what it was


I use an industrial degreaser at work when I clean up after repairs and be carefull to not direct high pressure at anything, just let the soap do the work and give a rinse, I used to power wash but the more I thought about it, the less I liked the idea
