i own a 08 lmm duramax and currently running the edge juice/attitude
im gonna try to stack the edge with the quad stealth 2.
wut can go wrong?

Just say no to stacking. Years back it was a necessary thing as we didn't have much to use. Today, one GOOD tune can do better than a stack.

Stacking is necessary if you want a change on the fly w/o the dpf. Of course tranny problems are issues with any tuner/chip that puts out decent power, I do not think that is the answer he is looking for. By the way yes it is possible as many are already doing it. Just use the quad for dpf delete and run stock tune on it. Then of course use your edge for tuning.

I would do what stated above Quad on stock no DPF, dont add power with it or you could have more than just trans problems.

There are quite a few people out there doing this with pretty good results. You will want to keep the Quad on either stock or Economy and then fine tune it with the J/A. To be safe, I would NOT crank them both. No ones really sure exactly what they are doing together.

Thanks to DSTRBD I recently got a dpf delete exhaust and a quad stealth 2 to remove the dpf out of the ECM. I just installed it today so Im still playing. But I installed the no dpf tune on the quad with no other power added. Just used to remove dpf. Then I have 5 power setting on the juice w/*** to play with. Running around the backroads tonight so far is pretty good. I am definately liking the adjustability along with not having that damn DPF! With the DPF and just the Juice on 5, I was running consistant 14.5s or so at the track. I will be very happy and think I will get into the 13s now.
