GMS Price on the web 34,212.43 -- Dealer says GMS Price is 34,507.89. When questioned says the extra 296.46 is for "advertising?"

Anyone else experience this?

Also $175 "Dealer Conveyance Fee.

I asked my dealer about it when I bought my truck for my FYI only because someone else once posted something similar. Dealer said that they (dealer) are allowed to pass along an "advertising" price to the consumer. Some do, some don't. My dealer did not. If they were, I'd be looking for another dealer.;

I have a GMC on order. There was never any talk about added fees. Don't think there will be, but if there is, I won't except the order.

GMS pricing does NOT include advertising. Recent program changes, however, do allow a dealer to charge $75.00 for "documentary fees" or whatever a dealer wants to call them. The only way GMS can be changed is if you wish to add additional equipment to the truck, but it must be documented on a special pricing worksheet and signed by both the dealer and the customer.
