Had this code today. Hopefully I will have time this weekend to check it out.

Now I think about it, it is probably due to fixing my air filter and plugging the hole where the filter minder box was installed. What do you guys think ?

I had a p0403 last week on the van. I'm hoping a blocker plate and efi will take care of it. Cleared it and it hasn't come back. Dont know if it was too much idiling and light foot on the gas pedal. It came on switching trailers around in the back yard.

Thought of you/your van last night. Almost nailed a deer on the way home. He was a big one and it wouldn't have been pretty on my van.

P0402 is EGR related.

have you installed an EGR blocker plate or anything with Mass Airflow Sensor?

Yep I know the code. I am sure it was due to what I had done concerning the airbox.

that sounds about right. many people have gotten that code when altering or changing their air intake.
