I just went to my local NAPA to check on pricing for my in tank fuel pump assembly, my fuel gauge isn't working. Is Delphi P/N FG0166 correct for my pickup (2001 2500HD duramax short box)?

I'm not a tech, but If I'm not mistaken, there is no in-tank fuel pump on a Dmax.

I think you meant fuel gauge sender unit?

I think you're right, and that may explain the cheap price, from NAPA that is.

There is only one pump in the center of the motor.(mmore or less)
