I just finished installing Garretts new 3794 vvt turbo tonight on an 04 lly. I havent had the chance to drive it yet, so I have no idea what tuning changes I will have to make. Has anyone here experienced this yet? I may be looking for assistance tomorrow.:D

that would be great nick. So far havent changed anything it runs pretty good with out any tuning changes. I have noticed a 200 degree drop on the current tune (DSP5 in stage 5).

made some tuning changes, I think I changed too much at once. I think I will go back to the first tune, and start makin small changes again.

Focus on the MAF tables, and go into the DTC list and turn the MIL's off for the MAF. Adjust the boost accordingly in the desired table and the vane %. I tuned a Cheetah, and thats where I started.

I think it drives real nice. Cleaned up most of the smoke on the 5th setting of the DSP. Still working on the tuning though, I think I have it close. It may be me, but before I started tuning, it really seemed like spooled quicker also.
