Ok so i have a 2008 3500HD SRW I have the cognito UCA and the longer Bilstein shocks with stock keys maxed..This is my problem the passenger side fender will actually go up to 42.25 inches which is great because i only want 42" now the driverside which has the fuel tank will only go up to 41.6 inches. So i put green keys in and with only two turns i can get the driver side up to 42" but now the passenger side sits at 42.25 or just a hair more than that without the torision screw even turned in. I dont want to run higher than 42" because i will be to close to the bump stop so as of now I have both sides at 41.5 with the stock keys. Green keys give me way to much preload I was wondering if any after market keys would have more indexing than stock but less than the green keys.??? What about the over priced max suspension keys think they would allow me to add a little preload but not as much as green keys??? to make up the little bit of difference i need???

Also i noticed that on my truck that the passenger side which sits at 42" has a little more room between the bumpstop and The UCA VS the Driverside that sits at 41.6 inches has a little less room between the bumpstop and UCA.Any reason why the side that sits a hair lower would have less room between the bumpstop and UCA???

Thanks for any input either way i like the way my rig came out. It stills rides pretty dam nice for a one ton truck with the keys cranked.... Im just to picky I think.....:D

It's common to crank the driver side all the way and set the passenger side at about 3/4 cranked to have the front level from side to side. Can't help you on the different keys.
