I am considering 2 gauges for my 2005 GMC 2500HD the DiPricol Pyro and their Boost gauge. If you knkow of the quality of these gauges I would appreciate your feedback.
I want to insure that the pyro gauges probe is rock solid and can take the normal use as I would hate to see a probe go thru the turbo.

Thanks

Bob, Diprocol makes a quality gauge like the rest. Probes breakin off would be bad, but never heard of that happening. I suspect they are subject to a failure rate like anything else, but overall, they would be a good choice.

RobertM,

We have been selling them since 1997, they are an OEM gauge supplier to Caterpillar, Komatsu, Euclid and John Deere. That pretty much tells the quality story for most folks. The thermocouple is made of Inconel, which is a VERY high nickel content stainless very silmliar to the material your turbo wheels are made from, lesser quality gauges just use plain stainless. I have heard all the horror stories of broken off probes over the years, but to date I have never been able to find anyone that has had it happen to them, it's always a buddy of a friend that had it happen etc if you know what I mean.
Give us a call if you need any info on The DiPriocol gauges we'll be glad to help.

I run em and have been happy. I really like the look and thier lighting. The black faced look pretty close to stock in thier faces and lighting.
