Well it has been about 3 weeks since I last spoke to him. He said that he was sending me out some new stuff and never received it and was wanting to bug him a little. I know that he is going through he__ right now but the truck is not getting any better, maybe a little worse. If anyone happens to talk to him please let him know that Kelly(me) is needing to talk to him. Thanks

I sent Craig an email on 3/21 and have not had a reply. I'm sure Craig is a great guy, but being able to have some reliable support is important before I spend big bucks on a clutch. I wonder if he has ever considered selling out to the big guys, i.e. Luk or Southbend.

Craig where are you?

ditto. I try calling and his phone can't acept messages. I also know what he is going thru. I suspect that is what is driving his focus. -:t

I wish that I knew someone that lived close to him. I just want my pressure plate and clutch disc so I can hopefully get this thing to quit slipping. Winter may actually break here in about another month and I want to be able to finally get on this truck. So frustrating, wouldn't be so bad if I could just talk to him.

Craig apparantly cleaned out his cell phone messages yesterday because I have been able to leave him three new messages. Kelly, I told him to call you also. Good Luck.

Based on my research and discussions witha couple of knowledgeable people, I think I have figured out which clutch will be in my truck. I have heard that the updated OEM flywheel is holding up pretty well. I will couple that with a pressure plate and disc from either Southbend or Centerforce. I need to be able to drive my truck at a moments notice and cannot afford lengthy down time. I have heard that Craig is a great guy, but I cannot afford to be waiting for days or weeks for parts or technical asistance. My truck is the only vehicle I have to take the kids out should there be a need, emergency or other. Also, I have some information on the hard pedal issue. I will post when I get a chance to try the information I received. It may take some time to get to try the theory though.

Sorry Gearhead, I was given some information about a part that does not seem to exist. I went in search of the "suspect" component in my Helm shop manual, only to not find any reference to it. I will be communicating with my source to discuss the issue further.

I got the single from Craig in Dec./04 and so far couldn't be happier with it.
I think it's the only logical replacement for us hand shakers.Sure I could of had the stock replaced on warranty but sooner or later I'd be in getting revision#999 and when
all the warranty is gone then who ya going to call?I didn't what all the hassel so bit the bullet and paid the man.
I'll have to agree with other members that it's hard to impossible to get hold of Craig
most of the time all I can say is be persistant.

Don't give up guys. I have spoken to Craig twice now and he is going through his call logs. He said that his phone showed that he missed 649 calls and he will be calling people as quickly as he can. We are in the process of figuring out what to do with my truck. He may even be coming up here to visit us here in Alaska. Like Deadeye, I believe, said "Get a bigger company to take this much pride in their product and make a personal visit to get things straightened out. I will let you all know when things start happening. Get those orders to Craig.

Craig called me late yesterday. He is back in business and is starting to call all the missed customers and will start on the want-to-be customers soon. he has also recently called KKhamil23. He wants to ensure all his products are working fine before he starts sellin more. He told me he has a fair amount of inventory available, mostly single disc kits so I would recommend gettin to him soon. He has had very few issues with the single disc kits.

I believe that I am the only one that has had any problems at all with the single disc setup. But being that he backs his product 110% he is sending me a new pressure plate and disc. Like Deadeye stated, you better start saving all your pennies and hurry to get one of these setups.
