Any ideas what may casue a miss, I had the injectors replaced last week, noticed that there was an intermitted miss. Changed fuel filter, did not help took it back to the dealer tech ran it on the tech II, everything checked out good. No codes or pending codes. The miss seems like gas knock or bad plug wire on a gas motor. ran some diesel kleen and two stroke oil still missing. truck is a 2004 LB-7 ppe boost valve and PPE programer Runs the same with or with out the programer

May be the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Is it original?
checked that on a teck 11 everything checked ok. Even checked the desired fuel pressure to the rail pressure all checked ok, Spent the day looking for a bad wire did not find any

just guessing here...but I had a hard time with the injector harness connectors...seem like it there was no 'click' on the connector when I put things back together.
Maybe you may want to go back and check all four(2 per side) connectors to make sure things are ok.
