I've been running the chip and turbo master for a few months now without any problems with things getting to hot, but the outside temps have been in the 40's and 50's since iv had it, and with spring and summer coming on im wondering if the outside temps will have a big effect on my EGT's?

Definite yes. Always have more trouble staying cool where/when its hot. The engine takes in hotter air, and the radiators cooling ability is depends on temp differential between coolant and ambient temps. warmer ambient means less differential.

I sometimes have to pull in and hose my radiator off on a real hot and busy day, to see lower than 200 *F. Enough water to coat the radiator will bring it down to 175* F fast. This summer ought to be better, I put my first of three Ic's in today, pictures on "intercooling" post.
