hello,

I am doing a research paper on the rise of bio-diesel use and how it affects the vehicles using it and the environment. If anyone could comment on their experiences with using bio-diesel in their trucks or other vehicles (tractors, farm equipment ect.) and how if affects things like fuel efficiency and overall power it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use it in my Kubota farm tractor, '05 Sprinter van, '07 Cummins, and my '06 Duramax. Of course I only use it as a fuel additive. I use 99.99999% bio-diesel and the rest petro diesel.

All engines run exceptionally well and smoother than petro diesel. They smell alot better too.

You should check out www.utahbiodieselsuply.com (http://www.utahbiodieselsuply.com) for all the info you can read. Great site with many links.

I use bio during the warmer months in my truck and small tractor. Both run more quiet with less smoke. I don't push the limit on either engine but I have not noticed a reduction in power. MPG are equal as well.
