I read they have over 400hp and torque. How do they tow a 8000+ lb load? I have a 6.0L denali now that makes 345hp. I'm looking for something that has more. Any input?

JRKRACE 11-23-2008, 02:47 PM I do. Mine's a 2007 with 380 hp in the XL body. Not happy with it at all. Motor seems to be choked down and the trans is confused as hell. I would bet that the 6.0 you have pulls just as well if not better. But everything else still stands. Had the ECM reprogrammed at the dealer and it has helped a little. But it still shifts sloppy.
