I've read a few threads regarding tortion bar lifts weather with or without green keys and have seen the debate over longer shocks. My question is what happens when you bottom your suspension with these longer shocks. It seems the shocks would bottom before the suspension did which would cause serious damage to the shocks or shock mounts.

you answered your own question correctly. although, it does depend on how much longer the shock is. some here have reported 2" was OK, but I would not do it if you USE the truck off the beaten path. ;)
