It would greatly depend on what you're after. I was after a few extra ponies pulling and the ocassional hotrodding. At first, I was not very pleased with the Banks, besides, we're on an Edge infested site anyways!!:eek: ):h Since then, I think it has come around. Robgmcman has been having some issues with the Banks and is pretty much fed up with it. BTW, don't you like the predator? I feel it's the best bang for the buck! Also, you might want to check out this thread; it goes into greater detail!

I have a buddy that has it on an '05 reg cab lb w/ 5" exhaust he loves it but I dont think he pulls much. Give this thread a day or two and you will be suprised at all the input you get. I will also ask my buddy if there is anything that he does not like about it.

Unfortunately as a performance freak, and owner of a high performance fuel injection shop, I am always looking at different products. Yes the Predator works great thus far, just snopin' around.

I do like some of it's safety features that it incorporates. I also liked the Edge unit as well but turned off a bit with all it's programming issues with respect to the LLY. Would not feel to comfortable setting up a customers car with anything that has such a high potential of issues.

I have the Banks Six-Gun and SpeedLoader along with the 4" Monster exhaust.
When I first installed the Banks I was getting a surge at Idle, most everyone stated I would need the latest flash for the truck. Went to the dealer and I also called Banks--I got the flash from the dealer (so they say?) and I sent the tuner back to Banks for there flash. Hooked her back up the other day, everything seems to be fine, I run it in level 4 and like it. I am a little leary about running anything higher without a tranny upgrade? I have been invited to take on a Hemi and don't know if I will take it or not, from what I have read I can but kinda new to the racing thing (if you wanna call it racing). The power is there trust me, I think if I had a little more confidence in the tranny I would hit the tow-haul button put her in level 5 and punch it and let her rip.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON THIS?

All in all I have been impressed- this is my first diesel and I haven't tried anything else except the Banks
