Ok here’s the deal, every time it rains, or I wash the truck and then go for a ride the first turn I make I hear this big SWOOSH of water I the cowl and then it seems to drain out. I’ve stopped right after the turn and seen all the water on the ground and still draining out from behind the front wheel well liners. It looks to be well over a gallon of water on the ground. Well been doing some work on the truck and it rained 2 or 3 days ago and when I came outside this morning this is what I found:

Where the heck is this getting trapped and is anyone else noticing this???
