I have a procomp lift on a 08 my question is can I run stock tires and rims on the frontend?

It will look ugly, but im pretty sure you can. If you run stock tires and wheels on the front your probably going to want to run them on the back to. Why do you want to run stock wheels and tires with a 6 inch lift?

Yes front and back I live in Salt country and dont want to trash my good wheels it would only look funny for 3 months

No change with a full drop kit like the Pro Comp 6" kit is. You can run the factory wheels and tires if needed. Only knuckle style lift kits require different wheels. Salt sucks too! I understand your point. You may look to add some 285/75R16 or 285/70R17 tires on your stock rims (depending upon what size your factory wheels are). That would put a 33" tire on them for the winter which would help feel the gap a little.
