I have the 6-disc in dash changer and I'm wiring my fm modulator for my XM Skyfi2. I can't find a power wire that turns on and off with the radio like my '01 silverado had. There is a power wire for the radio, but it is always hot. I'm guessing the radio has a built in relay and there is a signal wire in the harness that tells the radio to turn on and off. Does anyone know if this is true? My skyfi2 turns on automatically when it gets power and I want to to stay on with the radio after I turn my truck off.

:( The Body Control Module controls the radio through a databus.
Your dealer sells a kit that allows an aftermarket radio or accessory to use the Retained Accessory Power (RAP). My dealer says they can get it, but they can't find the part #.
