Ok, my stock tranny I believe is shot. Will find out at the beginning of the week. If so, I'm thinking about an upgrade. More than likely with Suncoast. I'm interested in pricing on a rebuilt trans for my truck. Also thinking of running just PPE for tuning. I have an 06 LBZ with lift and 37 inch tires. I'd like to get some prices and options, thanks in advance!

If you don't mind me asking, about how much did you end up getting that for?

Im not sure what they get for a Stage 5 but if you have about 5k on hand you will be in good shape.

yeah, if you see my thread that I started in the "Allison OEM" page about my stock tranny, maybe you guys will see why I think the thing is shot. Then again, I'm not real sure. It has been grinding in and out of gears really bad.

Grinding in and out of gears? Hopefully no hard parts are damaged. A rebuild kit doesnt have new hard parts. Maybe stage V is the way to go for you , complete tranny swap.
