Is there a trick to unpluging the two fuel filter wires Need help.

The smaller one going to the water sensor has a push down clip, the other round one is a tab over type that needs to be slightly pryed up on. Careful on the round one, its easy to pull the wires out if the clip isnt released.

I don't know if you are trying to do the same thing as me the first time I changed the filter on my D-Max but I was trying to pull the wires loose right at the filter. It took me a bit but finally realized that the pigtail is about 6 inches long coming out of the sensor before there is the connector to unplug the WIF. The connector is hidden by a clip that holds the wires to the motor.
