I thought I would post how I fixed this. I fixed this by replacing the EGR solenoid this is the second one on the driver side valve cover it has a white dot. Read below or see my other post on this. I hope someone can use this in the future. Thanks for the help once again:D






I replaced the turbo solenoid (the first one) no change I tried plugging the egr hose no change. I also replaced the MAP/Baro sensor on the firewall with no change. So I started see when and where I had vaccum. I have it to the turbo acuator and to first solenoid on the row of three. I have it going into the second solenoid but not getting to the third one. So I have ordered the second solenoid to see if this is it. What are your thoughts
