I am thinkin about changing the stock exhaust off of my 04 to a 6 in rapid flow and was wondering if everything was included in the kit or is there other parts that I will have to have to make it work? I know 6in is a lil over kill but what the heck the bigger the better.

6" in. is huge!!!):h Not overkill,):h but as far as performance limitations go 5" in.

is all you need...... (key word need) but, whatever tickles your fancy, if you have the money, I'd go with the 6in. IMO.:ro) As far as the exhaust you

described, I have not heard of it before, so, can't help you there.

That is where I found a 6in. exhaust but it doesn't say if it is from turbo back or what.

I wonder how it sounds.I know a 4 or 5" straight piped 03-04 sounds incredible. If the 6" is even better,:ro) .The clearance between the right rear shock and spare tire must be increased on the 03-04s because i barley got my 5" on my 2000,any bigger i would have had to lose the spare tire. IMO a 4" is the best exhaust up to 570hp,a 5" will take you to whatever these trucks can make.I felt a noticeable decrease in power/spoolup when i went from 4" to 5". For max power i recommend a 4" mandrel bent, with flow thru or no muffler.

well since there isn't very many people ever heard of a 6in which 4 or 5 in would be best for both performance and loudness. Cuz I just traded off an 02 because of too many problems but I kinda miss how loud it was. Meaning this one needs to be a lot louder.

What kind of truck do you have now??? Just wondering, but what problems did you have with your 02'???

Right now I have an 04 3/4 ton 4x4 long bed and the one I traded in was a 02 3/4 ton 4x4 long bed. Well and the 02 I blew the stock cummins motor up at 30,000 miles. Had a new air conditioner put on it, new door seals, new power steering, new rotors and when I got rid of it I had just basic fried the entire front end somehow at 60,000 miles. Still under warrenty but decided it was time to trade it off.

Man, sounds like that truck went to hell and back..... J/J. Did you call Cyclone

Diesel and ask if it was a turbo back? From the pick, it looks like a turbo back

but if it's not, you could just get a 5" downpipe and run the 6" the rest of the

way out.:ro) :ro)
