I just received my 55W HID's and I installed them on my lows and fogs. My lows work great but I my fogs do not work at all. I checked the fuse, tested the ballast, tested the bulbs, and every other thing I could have done. They were all good. So I have no idea why they do not work. I talked to the manufacture and they said that their 55W ballast and their 35W ballast are both capped at 6Amps for start up. So knowing that I would think that I would not need a harness and they told me that I would not need a harness. Has anyone else had a problems like this or have any suggestions?

The polarity is correct for the wires? I know sometimes, depending on the manufacture, they can be reversed...

Does your horn blow? I've got an '05 in the fleet to look at that lost the fogs and the horn. It just ain't come home yet.

Make shure the 2 pin plug that goes into ballast is plug in correctly.I did no effect.

Check with a voltmeter that 12V+ is available at the ballast? fwiw, the 55W kit I put in my fogs, the first ballast just burned out last week after about a month's use. :rolleyes: just out of curiosity are your ballasts grey and sound like there's sand in them when you shake them?
